Callout Relationships

Relationships between callouts, Building views, and 3D models are established in a 2D environment (where references to saved Building views exist). This graphic illustrates these relationships.

(1) The 3D model is sectioned with a clip volume. The section is saved as a Building plan view . (2) The Building plan view is referenced into a 2D drawing model. A callout is placed to create a Building section. (3) The Building section is placed on a sheet.

Tip: The drawing title and drawing model section markers on the sheet, are automatically linked (via navigation links) to each other and to the 3D model.
